Selecting the Best Meat

The quality of meat is paramount to the success of any dish, and our meatloaf is no exception. All of our meats come from North Valley Pastures, a family we met at the Harrisonburg Farmers Market two years ago. As a family, we decided that the meat we consume should be the best we can find. Well, we found the best. These farmers provide meats that not only nourish the body but also leave you feeling satisfied, not bloated and uncomfortable.
