At Unearthed Homestead LLC, we take great pride in crafting all-natural, handcrafted products with the utmost care. Because our items are produced in small batches for personal wellness use, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at unearthedhomesteadllc@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement.

Local Pickup:

    •    Customers near our homestead may choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll email you with pickup details and times.

 

Please Note:

    •    Unearthed Homestead LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once the carrier has your package.

    •    We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

    •    Double-check your shipping address during checkout—we cannot reship orders sent to incorrect addresses.
