Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at online.unearthedhomesteadllc@gmail.com.

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Replacements
When possible, we will replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items with the same item.
Please keep in mind that some of our products are one-of-a-kind, limited-quantity, or specially selected items and may not be available for replacement.
If the original item cannot be replaced, you may use the amount paid for that item toward another item of the same value from our online store.
Returns
Due to the variety of products we offer and the limited availability of certain items, returns are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Items that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages
